Peanut Butter Stuffed Chocolate Dipped Crackers
Ingredients:
Absolutely Gluten Free Crackers
Creamy Peanut Butter
Melted chocolate chips, milk or white chocolate
Sprinkles of your choice
Directions:
Line a baking sheet or cutting board with parchment paper.
Spread a teaspoon or so of peanut butter on one side of a cracker and cover with another cracker.
Pour melted chocolate in a small bowl and dip cracker sandwiches halfway through and set on parchment paper.
Drizzle with different kind of melted chocolate or sprinkle with your choice of colorful sprinkles.
Refrigerate for at at least 15 minutes to harden and serve.
Keep extra crackers refrigerated in an airtight container.
