Marshmallow Krispy Treats


5 C. crushed Absolutely Gluten-Free Crackers

3 Tbsp. butter

10.5 oz bag of mini marshmallows

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Non-stick spray


  1. Spray an 8×8 baking pan with non-stick spray or butter and set aside.
  2. Melt butter on medium heat in a large pot. Add mini marshmallows and melt slowly, mixing with a wooden spoon from time to time.
  3. Once fully melted, remove from heat and mix in vanilla. Add crushed Absolutely Gluten-Free Crackers and mix gently until fully covered in melted marshmallow.
  4. Add to the greased pan and gently press to flatten.
  5. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
