5 C. crushed Absolutely Gluten-Free Crackers
3 Tbsp. butter
10.5 oz bag of mini marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Spray an 8×8 baking pan with non-stick spray or butter and set aside.
- Melt butter on medium heat in a large pot. Add mini marshmallows and melt slowly, mixing with a wooden spoon from time to time.
- Once fully melted, remove from heat and mix in vanilla. Add crushed Absolutely Gluten-Free Crackers and mix gently until fully covered in melted marshmallow.
- Add to the greased pan and gently press to flatten.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve.
