Jalapeño Popper Dip with AGF Crackers
Ingredients:
16-oz. cream cheese, room temperature
6-oz. pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
8-oz. cooked bacon, finely chopped
1 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. sour cream
1 C. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 C. grated Mexican Cheese Blend
Non-stick spray
Absolutely Gluten Free Crackers
Directions:
Pre-heat your oven to 375F
In a medium bowl add first 7 ingredients and use a wooden spoon or a hand blender to mix together until smooth.
Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick spray and add cream cheese mixture inside and top with Mexican cheese blend.
Bake in oven until bubbling, about 20 minutes and serve immediately with Absolutely Gluten Free Crackers.
