2 packages Absolutely Gluten Free Crackers
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 C. brown sugar
12-oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
12-oz. white chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with non-stick spray.
Empty the contents of both Absolutely Gluten Free Cracker boxes onto the baking sheet and disperse evenly.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan and add brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and whisk hard as it bubbles for about 3-4 minutes.
Carefully pour the melted sugar onto the crackers and use a spatula to mix throughout. It’s okay if not all of the crackers are coated with sugar.
Place in the oven for 7 minutes and then remove. Turn off the oven.
Disperse both bags of chocolate chips on top of the crackers and place in the warm oven for about 1-2 minutes. Remove and use a rubber spatula to mix and spread the chocolates together on top of the crackers. Sprinkle with flake salt and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Remove from the baking sheet and cut or crack into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
