Absolutely Gluten Free Marshmallow Krispy Treats
Ingredients:
5 C. crushed Absolutely Gluten Free Crackers
3 Tblsp. butter
10.5 oz bag of mini marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Non-stick spray
Directions:
Spray an 8×8 baking pan with non-stick spray or butter and set aside.
Melt butter on medium heat in a large pot. Add mini marshmallows and melt slowly, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Once fully melted, remove from heat and mix in vanilla. Add the crushed Absolutely Gluten Free Crackers and mix gently until fully covered in melted marshmallow.
Transfer the mixture to the greased pan and gently press to flatten. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
