I have previously had the chance to review some coconut chews from Absolutely Gluten Free. As a quick recap, even though I don’t love coconut, I actually liked the chews. In blueberry and key lime, the coconut added a little bit of tropical flair and a texture that was a little more satisfying (very odd because normally I don’t like the texture of coconut much).

I also recently had a chance to try some of their crackers. These were great. They’re made from potatoes, but they don’t taste exactly like potato chips.

They have a satisfying crunch and are a great size. The whole family loved them, and my daughter’s gluten-free best friend couldn’t believe that they didn’t contain gluten.

Absolutely gluten free products are easy to find – around our area they’re at Lund’s & Byerly’s, Whole Foods, Walmart, Hy-vee, and some Target stores. They’re a great option if you’re looking for gluten-free foods!
